Our Process
Initiation
Before starting a project, it's essential to demonstrate the need and value it will bring. This phase involves initial discussions, defining the objectives, and seeking approval to move forward.
Planning & Approval
After approval, it's time to plan in detail. Tasks are scheduled, resources are allocated, and risks are identified to ensure smooth execution. This phase sets the foundation for the project’s success.
Execution, Monitor & Control
With the plan in hand, the project kicks off. Continuous monitoring ensures everything stays on track, and any necessary adjustments are made. This phase is all about execution while keeping the project under control.
Close & Handover
The project isn't finished once work is done. Final steps include reviewing deliverables, resolving remaining tasks, and formally handing everything over to the client, ensuring all objectives have been met.
