The project

Located in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, this 850 sq ft office for Carvion Trading FZE was designed to transform a compact footprint into a refined, efficient and professional workplace.

The layout brings together a branded reception, welcoming lounge, manager's cabin, workstations, meeting areas and a compact pantry, with each space carefully planned to maximise functionality and movement.

Warm timber finishes, glass partitions and integrated lighting create visual continuity, while bespoke joinery, built-in storage and branded details give the workplace its own distinct identity without overwhelming the space.

The result is a smart, well-organised office where every square foot serves a purpose, balancing brand presence, comfort and everyday functionality.
