The project

Located in Cedre Villas, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Villa 42 is an ongoing transformation envisioned as a refined family home where timeless detailing meets relaxed contemporary living.

The design moves from bright, open social spaces into more intimate private areas. Soft neutrals, warm timber and natural textures shape the interiors, while deeper tones bring character to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Beyond the interiors, the transformation extends outdoors with a new swimming pool and thoughtfully designed landscaping, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor family living.

Bespoke joinery, layered lighting and carefully selected finishes are being brought together throughout. Currently in progress, Villa 42 is taking shape as a warm, elegant and complete family residence, designed to be lived in, inside and out.
