Located in Business Bay, Dubai, this 7,000 sq ft workplace for CPT Markets was delivered as a complete turnkey solution, creating a contemporary environment shaped around focus, collaboration and the pace of a modern financial business.

A bold, illuminated reception establishes the brand from the first arrival, leading into light-filled workspaces, glass-fronted corridors and executive areas overlooking the Dubai skyline. Meeting rooms, collaborative settings and quieter focus zones create a natural balance between interaction and privacy.

Clean architectural lines, integrated lighting and warm timber details bring character to the minimalist interior while maintaining a professional identity throughout.
