The project

Located in Dubai Healthcare City, this 2,000 sq ft IASO Wellbeing Centre was delivered as a complete Design and Build turnkey solution, from initial concept through fit-out and final handover.

Our team managed the project in line with DHA requirements and approval procedures, coordinating the technical, clinical and accessibility requirements essential to a healthcare environment.

The interiors combine warm timber, soft neutral finishes and curved forms to create a calm journey from reception through to consultation and treatment spaces. Integrated storage, clinical areas, accessible facilities and staff spaces were carefully planned around both patient comfort and everyday operations.

The result is a fully integrated wellbeing environment where compliance, functionality and thoughtful design come together, delivered from concept to completion.
