The project

Set within Emaar Residences, Dubai Marina, this 1,300 sq ft apartment was transformed into a refined contemporary home where warmth, functionality and understated luxury come together.

Our approach focused on a calm, cohesive material palette, complemented by bespoke joinery, layered lighting and carefully considered finishes across the living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. All works were carefully coordinated in line with building permissions and approval requirements, with controlled scheduling and site management ensuring minimal disturbance to neighbouring residences and daily building operations.
