Our completed office renovation in Marina Plaza, Dubai Marina, transformed 14,700 sq ft into nine distinct offices, delivered as a full turnkey fit-out in just 60 days. The space brings together areas to focus, collaborate and recharge, each connected by a cohesive palette of materials and finishes.
From an empty concrete shell to a bespoke, fully integrated commercial space, every detail was engineered with purpose, from ceiling baffles and custom joinery to precise MEP coordination.
Rich timber panelling, bespoke joinery and stone-finish surfaces bring warmth to the interiors, while integrated LED lighting and clean ceiling lines give the space a crisp, contemporary feel. Decorative CNC panels and tinted glass add character, with a consistent palette connecting the reception, meeting rooms and workstations.
The result is a polished, welcoming workspace, ready for the working day.
